That is why there is a need for radical change in the relationship between the government and the people. These changes are based on a qualitatively new basis: absolute values the dignity of every individual, his rights and freedoms, equality before the law, unity and nedilymosti country.
Only under such conditions will unleash the power of the state and provided opportunities for welfare.
Today,
there are fundamental changes in the country at all levels, and we, as
true patriots, we have to engage in this work in order to build our
country and make it prosperous. Ukraine - is our common home, where people are happy to live!
To achieve these goals it is necessary:
Provide the state budget:
Quickly wipe out criminal schemes in the areas of:
- extraction of gas, oil, coal and other minerals;
- public procurement;
- conducting public tenders;
- privatization;
- export VAT refunds;
- imports (to eliminate 'black' imports);
- operations with land.
This will :
- increase the profitable part of the budget;
- reduce the expenditure side of the budget;
- preserve state property that has not been looted ;
- make the budget work for the benefit of all citizens.
Reform the financial spheres:
Immediately destroy slavery financial mechanisms , namely:
- stop getting new bills on the old terms, such as loans drag the country into the abyss of debt and not solve the problems in the economy and social sphere;
- adjustment reforms that the IMF recommends, therefore, that they do not have the poor poorer;
- restore the confidence of depositors in the banking system of Ukraine;
- investigate the history of the old loan commitments of $ 70 billion;
- apply to all the creditors, if they really want to help Ukraine, we have to suspend the accrual of interest on the old loan commitment;
- direct fiscal authorities for the return of looted budget, 10 % of the funds will be returned to direct the payment of bonuses to employees of all law enforcement agencies.
This will :

- attract financial resources of the population;
- reduce the expenditure side of the budget by reducing the payment of interest on foreign loans.
Create conditions for business development, science and production:
- Reduce fiscal pressure on taxpayers.
- Destroy the government raid.
- To conduct a tax amnesty for businesses and citizens.
- Moratorium on check real business.
- Eliminate the "tax gaps" and "conversion centers."
- At the time of withdrawal from the economic crisis, a preferential tax system business.
- Impose any tax on the newly formed 5-8 years of production.
- Develop and adopt a national program of energy-saving technologies and alternative energy.
- Strengthen measures of economic incentives for the use of alternative sources of energy, "green" tariffs for businesses that portion of their income on direct environmental programs.
- Encourage businesses that use alternative energy sources, energy-saving and clean production technologies, and investing in energy production in Ukraine.
- Set minimum wages and pensions at a level that ensures full life rather than survival.
- To ensure the inviolability of private property.
- Invest in the education and development of young professionals. Cadres decide everything!
This will :
- out of the shadow of dollars cash flow;
- give impetus to the development of all sectors of business and production;
- actively develop the agricultural sector of Ukraine;
- attract investment to Ukraine;
- maximize revenue budget of 200-300 billion USD;
- increase GDP;
- optimize the number of civil servants;
- create new jobs in manufacturing;
- increase salaries MIA, prosecutors, Security Defense Ministry at least 5 times;
- increase salaries for teachers, doctors and scientists at least 3-5 times;
- increase pensions by 2 times;
- increase spending on defense, science ,medicine and education.
Fight corruption
- Establish public control over the state.
- Each policy makers should remember that the only source of power in Ukraine is Ukrainian people!
- Destroy the conditions for corruption, namely to stop the practice of distribution of scarce public office salaries .
- Create a system of mandatory public reporting of the budget , in which every citizen can real- time monitor income and expenditure of the budget.
- Ensure transparency in public procurement.
- A full lustration power tearing "mutual guarantee" business - politics - government. Fill vacancies exempt specialists selected solely on the basis of transparent and open competition on the principles of integrity and professionalism.
- To adopt the Law" On State Financial Control of the declaration of income and expenditure of persons authorized to perform state functions , their family members and close relatives."
- Establish a mechanism to recall deputies of all levels.
- Regain confidence in the judiciary through judicial reform.
- Courts should be fair!
- Remove parliamentary immunity. Members of all levels are responsible to the law just like any ordinary citizen.
- It's clear the government will allow all levels of corruption and extortionists.
Security and Defence
- Ukraine has become a collective security.
- Complete the transition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the contract form service.
- Focus on technical modernization of the army and raise the prestige of the Armed Forces of Ukraine .
Health
- A phased transition to a system of compulsory health insurance, guaranteed .
- Annually increase budgetary support infrastructure of a healthy lifestyle , fitness and sports.
